Welcome to Takoda Shilohs!

We are the McDonald's and live in sunny North Carolina. We share our home with our two Shilohs, Ciara and Misha. We also have three other dogs, cats and parrots in our household.

 

Takoda means a friend to all and that is what we are striving to be at Takoda Shilohs.

Ciara was our first shiloh from Jaeger/Kiah litter and is two years old. She has done well in the show ring, earning her Breed and Rarities International Championship before her first birthday. Misha is our one year old girl and she is from the Ruger/Nori litter. We hope to have her continue in the show circuit this year. Both of our girls have also been through obedience classes.

 

Our dogs live in our house with us and are not in outdoor kennels. They love chiildren and are an added addition to our lives. We are so happy that after careful consideration we chose Shiloh Shepherds. They enrich our lives through their high intelligence and are our companions...they are truly a friend to all.
